- Puppies must have completed their initial round of vaccinations before their first grooming appointment.
- Health and Behavior:
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet exhibits aggressive or dangerous behavior.
- If your pet has any health or medical conditions, please inform us in advance. Grooming may need to be adjusted accordingly.
- Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
- We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
- Grooming Duration:
- The duration of grooming appointments varies depending on the size and breed of your pet. We will provide an estimated time when you book your appointment.
- Pet Pick-Up:
- Please arrive promptly to pick up your pet after grooming is completed. Additional fees may apply for extended stays.
- Pets left unattended for an extended period after grooming may be placed in a secure area for their safety.
